The Experience:

Hi! My name is Derek and I'm currently living and working in Taiwan. I also manage new teachers who decide to come live abroad. We currently have a small team here in Taiwan. We are from the Beehive State of good ol' Utah, USA!

After high school, I served a 2-year service mission in Atlanta, GA which taught me so many valuable lessons about the world and about myself. I had always wondered what it would be like to live abroad and yearned to experience this huge world on a deeper level.

Six years ago I took a giant leap of faith and moved to Taiwan. Not knowing the local language or any people in the country, I worked hard to build a business from the ground up. It's been an inspiring adventure filled with unforgettable memories and personal development. Recently, I've been able to help others now move abroad to experience life in an exciting and memorable way.

The most rewarding things in life usually seem uncomfortable or daunting in the beginning. Moving halfway across the world isn't easy at first, but it will be one of the best experiences of your life. Please message me if you have any questions.
